About Appletastic Club

Great teaching shouldn't require giving up your nights and weekends.

Hi! I'm Shelly Rees.

I'm a former 5th grade teacher who loves creating educational resources for upper elementary teachers. After almost 25 years in the classroom, I left to focus on creating fun and helpful teaching resources, and Appletastic Club is where my resources for 4th and 5th grade teachers come together in one place.

I'm Pennsylvania-grown and a Wyoming girl for life. I've been married to my best friend, Aric, for 32 years, we've raised four sons, and I now have two adorable grandbabies. My loves include being creative, baking, cookie-decorating, Diet Coke (fountain drinks, of course), colorful Flair pens, and spreading kindness wherever I can.

Appletastic Club was created with one simple goal: to make life easier for teachers while keeping learning fun, meaningful, and engaging for students.

Behind every Appletastic resource is a licensed professional educator with nearly 25 years in the classroom and more than 12 years of creating curriculum and classroom resources for teachers.

That combination of classroom experience and curriculum design is at the heart of Appletastic Club. We understand that teachers need more than activities that look good. They need resources that are practical, purposeful, easy to use, and designed with real classrooms in mind.
