Reply to the quote email. Attach your approved purchase order and list the name, email address and grade (4th or 5th) of each teacher.

We send the invoice and set up every account.
Your business office gets the invoice. Each teacher gets an email with their own login.
$290 per teacher, per year.
One price for every teacher. Your total is the number of teachers times $290. Purchase orders are for yearly licenses only.

Questions business offices ask
Can we pay for the monthly plan with a purchase order?
No. Purchase orders are for yearly licenses only. The monthly plan is paid by card on our home page.
Which club does each teacher get?
Each license is for one club: the 4th Grade Club or the 5th Grade Club. Tell us the grade for each teacher when you send your teacher list.
Do you need the teachers' names to send a quote?
No. For the quote we only need your school and the number of teachers. The names, email addresses and grades come later, with your purchase order.
When are the accounts set up?
As soon as we have your approved purchase order and your teacher list. Each teacher gets an email with their own login.
How do we pay the invoice?
You can pay by check in the mail, by credit card or by bank transfer (ACH). Please make checks out to Appletastic Learning, Inc.
Can we add a teacher during the year?
Yes. You can add a teacher at any time, at the same price per teacher. Email [email protected] to add one.
Can we get a W-9?
Yes. Reply to your quote email and ask, and we will send it.
