What teachers ask before they sign up
Is it really free?
Yes. The lap book is free and there's no credit card. It's a real Appletastic Club resource, so you can see what the membership is like. If you never join, keep it anyway.
Will it fit my students?
It's made for grades 3–5 and works with any fiction book: a class novel, book clubs or independent reading. Students write about the author, genre, setting, main character, theme, problem and solution, new vocabulary and their favorite parts.
How much work is it on my end?
Not much. Print the pages you want. Each student needs a file folder, a sheet of construction paper, scissors, glue, tape and colored pencils. Step-by-step directions and photo examples are included.
